Information you provide
When you request a demo, the form asks for your organisation name, contact name, work email, modules of interest and an optional message. Please do not include patient information, health information or other sensitive personal information in this form.
How the information is used
LUMYN uses demo-request information to respond to your enquiry, understand the service areas you want to discuss and protect the website from misuse. The request is emailed to the LUMYN team at hello@lumyn.co.nz.
Technical information and spam protection
The hosting environment may record standard technical information such as request time, browser details and IP address for security and operational purposes. The form uses server-side spam controls.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. It is not sold. It may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security or business operations.
